Making a list of resolutions is a good idea, for example. my resolution for next year is continuing to work out with my mom and also controlling my portions when it comes to food. It Is always important to have a list of resolutions to guide you. But remember! When you are making resolutions is like keeping promise and following through of each resolution you make.
