How to find Inclusive Exercise Classes
All men and women, have a hard time looking for the right exercise classes. I would go on the Internet to look up good classes. I’ve been to Jazzercise for a while with my mom. Then went on to Water Aerobics for adults, it started easy but later it got harder. It’s always good to drink water once in a while a lot of people sometimes don’t drink water instead they drink carbonated soda. Some sodas are good and some sodas are bad for example instead of Regular Mountain Dew, you should drink Diet Mountain Dew.
I am a member of Weight Watchers for some time and I have been going to their meetings and I have learned about Portion control. And having a healthy lifestyle.
When you go to work it is a good idea to pack you meals in a lunchbox, I would have a Lean Cuisine or a Smart One as an entree and two of my favorite sides including a drink like water and a Diet mountain dew. I always keep reminding all self advocates to know is to always feel good to look good, taking walks with parents or your friends.
You can also get memberships at the YMCA, JCC, and Beyond Muscle and many others. Swimming is also a good water sport I would recommend all individuals with disabilities always have a commitment to have a healthy lifestyle.
