Being an independent person means that I have choices. A couple of choices I have are deciding to go to a party or work. Another choice I have is going to an important class. Getting my GED is important to me because I can further my education and it will open many doors. An example is I can get a job or a better job. It can get me into college.
People are different and have talents in everything. An example is when a person is slower or needs help, I need to help them. A person is a person no matter the ability. They are special like everybody else.
