Living a health life is really about making healthy choices you can have fun live but still pay attention to what is a good choice to help maintain a healthy weight which will help you have a healthy life Weight watchers helped me learn to do healthy but still eat foods that i love.
the other thing that is important for good healthy is to stay active and exercise. I like to do low impact exercises like water aerobics, yoga.
