The 2009 buddy walk is coming up! I look forward every year. It is a time for families and friends to get together to enjoy and Celebrate the experience. I am so proud to be a part of such a Wonderful event. It is a chance for families to meet other families. It is also a time to raise money for Down syndrome Indiana and all the good things they do. I appreciate all of the support from the Individuals and companies that come to make it happen. It is a Day of fun, excitement and kindness; I look forward to interacting with other Self Advocates and families who have children with Down syndrome. I hope I can give them advice and Encourage the to give a bright future and a bright life. That is what a celebration is.
So, see you at the buddy walk so get ready to have some fun!
