Winning the Election

We got up at 3:00 AM to catch our 6:00 flight to Sacramento. California for the NDSC 37Th Annual Convention. I set by a young lady her name was Loretta She is from Terra Haute, Indiana we got to know each Other so I gave her one of my business cards. I gave her advice That if she knows a family who has a child or a young adult with Down syndrome and they needed Advice how to contact me, this is my first visit to Sacramento California I’m sure I would Meet more interesting people at the convention that is how I met my Boyfriend … He and I will Learn more about being at a Convention as boyfriend and girlfriend, I am feeling good About Myself since I was elected as a board member of The National Down syndrome Congress if it Wan't for my Campaign Managers Pete Asplundh, Lee Jones, Troy Miller, I might not have elected and I also want to give a big thanks to Carlene Mattson for her hard work I feel very honored to be on the NDSC Broad and the self advocate council
